Business development at the business processing level of the textile printing company Textil-Point in Wetzikon.
The analysis revealed the lucrative levers and how we could adapt acquisition and retention. Based on this, we worked with the client to redesign the marketing strategy (lead generation using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and implement specific measures to ensure findability (SEO, Google MyBusiness).
The homepage and other landing pages were redesigned. A new wizard was created for lead generation, allowing new customers to obtain a quote with just a few clicks. Hypotheses were tested agilely for their acceptability, e.g. a live chat for customer service for quick contact.
