We have designed and developed this children's game optimised for iPhone and iPad. It is available in five languages (text and voiceover). Appstore optimisation and marketing strategy were also part of the project.

Business development at the business processing level of the textile printing company Textil-Point in Wetzikon.

The analysis revealed the lucrative levers and how we could adapt acquisition and retention. Based on this, we worked with the client to redesign the marketing strategy (lead generation using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and implement specific measures to ensure findability (SEO, Google MyBusiness). ‍

The homepage and other landing pages were redesigned. A new wizard was created for lead generation, allowing new customers to obtain a quote with just a few clicks. Hypotheses were tested agilely for their acceptability, e.g. a live chat for customer service for quick contact.

Conducting a usability test in the Betty Bossi kitchen for the use of the recipe app. How do users use the app before, during and after cooking? Focus on the usability of the app itself and the handling during handling in the kitchen but also a possible community care.

Detailed evaluation of suitable subscription models for monetising the recipe app in conjunction with the website. The primary challenge was the fact that recipes are perceived as free per se and the free offer in the digital environment is enormous.
